The Butte College Art Gallery is pleased to announce an exhibition by Chico artist Sabrina Chavez. This exhibition will be displayed from October 10 to November 7, 2024, in the Butte College Art Gallery on the Main Campus. An artist’s reception will take place on Wednesday, November 6, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the gallery.
This show will display a collection of works by Chavez, including a large-scale installation and a series of mixed media wall pieces. These works examine various media and explore several techniques and concepts in space and form. Chavez is a former Butte College art student and recent graduate of Chico State’s BFA program. She is a dedicated and talented up-and-coming artist showing her works throughout the region.
Please join us for a reception with Sabrina Chavez on November 6 in the Butte College Art Gallery from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Food and refreshments will be served. This event is free and open to the public.
The Butte College Art Gallery is located on the main Butte College campus at 3536 Campus Drive in Oroville, in the ARTS Building (ARTS 106) closest to parking lot 3.
